HISTORY

HISTORY Founded in 1989, CADCENTER emerged as a pioneering CAD/CADD training institute in Cochin, Kochi, and Ernakulam, with a clear mission to provide industry-oriented and job-focused training for students and working professionals across Kerala. Established by Dr. M. R. Sreedharan Nair, former Principal of the Government Engineering College (GEC), Thrissur, CADCENTER was envisioned to bridge the gap between academic education and industry-driven technology training. As Kerala’s first Autodesk Authorized Training Center, the institute played a historic role in introducing structured CAD, CADD, and engineering software education in the state, earning recognition as one of the best CAD training centers in Kochi and Ernakulam.

Over the years, CADCENTER expanded its academic footprint by offering comprehensive training across diverse domains such as Mechanical CAD, Civil CAD, Architectural CAD, Structural CAD, GIS & Infrastructure CAD, MEP, PPM, Fashion Design and Fashion CAD, IAD, SAP, Tally, Python, Java, and Multimedia, with a strong emphasis on hands-on practical training, real-world project exposure, and guidance from experienced industry faculty. In its founding year, Autodesk Inc. honoured CADCENTER with the “Excellence in the Area of Instruction” Award at the Autodesk ATC Managers’ Meeting in Anaheim, USA, and in 1999, CADCENTER Cochin was elevated to an Advanced Training Center for Mechanical Products. Today, as a reputed Autodesk Authorized Training Center (ATC) in Kochi (Cochin), CADCENTER continues to deliver authorized Autodesk training in Mechanical, Civil, Infrastructure, and Multimedia solutions, supported by decades of excellence, multiple international awards, thousands of successful alumni, and a placement-oriented approach that makes it the preferred destination for CAD/CADD training in Kochi, Cochin, and Ernakulam.
